Our aim is to create compelling propositions that address and serve your customers' needs. Then, refine your brand and messaging to help you motivate and engage your target market.

 

But to reveal those golden nuggets, we'll go on a deep, fun and interactive ride, together. We'll ask difficult questions, politely, to extract the brief and ambition from the get go:

 

  • Discover the 'why?' of your business or product and who cares. Then look at which problem you solve or gap you fill. Or not.

  • Define your customers' persona(s), needs, issues and habitat.

  • Dissect the market to find your USPs amongst those darned pesky competitors of yours.

  • Distil a new compelling proposition for your brand, product or service. Seek out what makes you special and different.

  • Develop the best to tell your story to all the busy bee buyers out there and shout from all the right rooftops

About the Founder

I launched CStrategy after a career investing in and leading B2B businesses requiring turnarounds, new strategic value propositions and brand overhauls to boost sales and asset value.

 

After personal successes leading to high growth and valuable exits, I now love helping clients achieve their growth aims via compelling propositions and communications. 

 

As a commercially savvy marketing-led business advisor, I use left and right brain combos to help clients distil and create stand out propositions which best serve their ambitions.

 

In my 18 years' experience in marketing, business development, brand strategy and communications, I've picked up a plethora of both accolades and war stories. Plaudits and harsh lessons. All from frontline experience.

 

I've then helped B2B clients create profit, smiles, stand out brands and growth. I've worked for corporate skyscrapers, windowless start-up dreamers, town & country creative agencies, Mayfair VCs and red brick teccies.

 

My experience and approach has been applied to finance and food, tech and telcos, media and marketing, retail and real estate.

I now harness that depth and breadth to help brands, and the agencies they employ, to develop compelling propositions with clear positioning and strong messaging.
